Monika Reyes is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who delivers compassionate, evidence-based care across sub-acute, long-term, and community settings. Since 2019 she has practiced alongside Dr. Noorun Khan, performing comprehensive wellness exams, managing chronic conditions, and coordinating care for critically ill and high-risk patients. Her prior decade in surgical and orthopedic nursing at Northwestern Hospital and other Chicagoland facilities gives her deep insight into post-operative recovery and pain management.
